Shri Vijay Kumar Goyal is the Founder and Chairman of Avsar Realty (formerly Spring City Group), bringing over five decades of experience in building and scaling businesses rooted in long-term value creation. A B.Com graduate from Punjab University (1973), he has successfully established and exited ventures across Agro Commodities, Ceramics, Minerals Trading, Integrated Stainless Steel Manufacturing, and Ferro Alloys, reflecting a disciplined and execution-focused approach.
Entering real estate as an early-stage investor in land, he pioneered development in some of Kolkata’s most under-tapped residential markets. Under his leadership, Avsar Realty has evolved into a trusted investor and developer across asset classes in Kolkata and Mumbai, with a clear focus on quality construction, transparency, and delivering homes that stand the test of time. -
Shreyash Goyal
Managing Partner
Shreyash Goyal is the Managing Partner of Avsar Realty (formerly Spring City Group), bringing a strong foundation in finance, governance, and institutional best practices to the Group's next phase of growth. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University, earning a BSBA in Finance with a Minor in Economics.
He began his professional career as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs, where he developed a rigorous approach to capital allocation, risk management, and long-term value creation. He joined Avsar Realty in 2021, with a clear mandate to scale the Group from a land-focused investor into a full-scale, execution-driven real estate developer.
At Avsar Realty, he is focused on building systems, processes, and partnerships that prioritize trust, transparency, and customer experience. Guided by a long-term vision, his goal is to shape Avsar Realty into one of the most customer-friendly and trusted real estate brands, delivering homes that combine quality, reliability, and enduring value.
