We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining site discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety norms
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Monitor work quality and project progress
- Maintain basic site documentation and reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate or construction projects
- Ability to read construction drawings
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting
- Problem-solving ability at site level
